Return and Refund Policy

We want orders from Enzori 3D to arrive correctly and in good condition. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can review it.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you on the next step.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Enzori 3D.

Custom, Made-to-Order, or Personalized Items

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, or specially requested printed items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Printer Supplies and Materials

Filament, printer parts, and supplies must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be eligible for return. Installed, used, opened, or damaged supplies are not eligible for return unless they arrived incorrect or defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Enzori 3D.
