Enzori 3D ships orders from New York.

Processing Times

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order, custom, or small-batch printed items may require additional processing time depending on order size, material availability, and production schedule.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@enzori3d.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you on the next step.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. Enzori 3D is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If tracking shows a package is delayed or missing, please contact us at support@enzori3d.com and we will help review the issue where possible.
